Julianne Biagini-Komas is Acting CFO of TempoQuest, Inc. Concurrent with this role Julie is Vice President, Finance and Human Resources of CNEX Labs, Inc., San Jose, CA. Julie is also serving as a Director on the Focus Business Bank Board of Directors, a position to which she was appointed in August 2015. Previous to CNEX Labs she was the Chief Financial Officer of Quantumscape Corporation, San Jose, CA from 2011 to 2014. Julie’s finance career started at Endwave Corporation, a NASDAQ listed company. She joined the company in its start-up phase as VP Finance in 1994. She took the company through its IPO and was then appointed CFO. Julie remained CFO until 2006.
